Our return policy will last for four days. If four days are over you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.Most items are returnable on viratmart.com except those that are explicitly identified as not returnable.
Return will be processed only if it is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession To be eligible for a return, your item must be in original condition with brand’s/manufacturer’s box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please first check what is returnable or what is non returnable on viratmart product page .As marked non returnable will not be return. We may contact you to verify the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing refund and replacement. If you wish to return an electronic device that stores any personal information, please ensure that you have removed all such personal information from the device prior to returning. viratmart shall not be liable in any manner for any misuse or usage of such information.If the replacement request is placed and the seller does not have the exact same product in stock, we will provide a refund.
If you’ve received the product in a damaged/defective condition, you can contact us within four days from the delivery of the product.
international customers are not eligible for any returns.
Viratmart is providing open box delivery facility for your orders. During open box delivery if you receive a different or a damage product you should not receive the product .you have to check everything properly then accepted the parcel.
The products where installation is require, don’t open packing by yourself.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase . You should make unboxing video and keep yourself. In certain cases we may ask for that
